Bland
Run big outbound calling campaigns on one flat per-minute rate, best if you have engineers to set it up.
Paid link, we may earn a commission. How this works.
The nearly-all-in bundle. Bland charges one per-minute price ($0.11 to 0.14) covering the AI, the listening and the voice; the phone line is billed separately at pass-through cost. Predictable and strong on compliance, but you cannot pick the parts. Built for phones at volume.
About $0.11 to 0.14 for a minute of conversation, once the phone line and the AI are added in.
That's roughly $6.60–8.40 an hour. Plans: from $0/mo (Start) up to $499/mo (Scale).

Bundled per-minute covering the AI model, speech-to-text and text-to-speech (no token charges, no model-provider pass-through). Telephony left the bundle when the pricing page was rebuilt (between the 2026-06-15 and 2026-07-23 captures): it now bills separately on your own carrier or Bland's built-in Twilio at pass-through cost, and Bland publishes no per-minute rate for it, so the telephony component stays 0 here and the all-in band covers talk minutes only. Transfer minutes meter separately at $0.05 (Start), $0.04 (Build), $0.03 (Scale), custom on Enterprise; BYOT customers pay no transfer fees. Tiers: Start $0.14/min ($0/mo), Build $0.12/min ($299/mo), Scale $0.11/min ($499/mo), Enterprise custom with concurrency sized to your volume. 99.9% uptime SLA on all four tiers; the dedicated orchestration server and priority call queue are Enterprise-only. Warm and live transfers, guardrails, SMS and web chat, iMessage and appointment scheduling are Enterprise-only features on the rebuilt page, as are the BAA, SSO, JWT signatures and data residency. Two free credits plus a free inbound number ($15/mo value). Compliance: Bland's trust page (re-checked 2026-07-23) lists SOC 2 Type II with an independent auditor; HIPAA self-attested with a BAA; GDPR self-attested with a DPA; and PCI DSS v4.0 with an independent QSA (Attestation under NDA). The rebuilt pricing FAQ says 'SOC 2 Type I and Type II', which the trust page does not support, so soc2Type1 stays false and the discrepancy is noted.
Every plan in one place: the monthly fee, what each one includes, and the features it unlocks. Anything beyond a plan's allowance, or on a pay-as-you-go tier, is billed at the per-minute rate above. A blank in the features means the vendor's plan page does not state it for that plan, not that it is unavailable.

Our full take
Bland’s pitch is still the opposite of a build-it-yourself tool, but the bundle got smaller in mid-2026. The per-minute rate now covers the AI, the listening and the speaking, with no token charges and no model-provider pass-through; the phone line is no longer inside it. It is $0.14 on the entry tier, dropping to $0.12 (with a $299 a month platform fee) and $0.11 at scale ($499 a month). Telephony bills separately, on your own carrier or Bland’s built-in Twilio at pass-through cost, and transferred minutes carry their own meter: $0.05 a minute on Start, $0.04 on Build, $0.03 on Scale, waived entirely if you bring your own telephony. Still a far simpler bill than a four-supplier stack, but no longer one number that covers everything, so budget the phone line on top.
It is built for phones at volume, inbound and outbound. Calls run 10, 50 or 100 at a time by tier, with daily caps of 100, 2,000 and 5,000 calls on the self-serve plans; Enterprise concurrency is sized to your contract rather than unlimited. Every tier now carries the same 99.9% uptime SLA, so the SLA is no longer an Enterprise differentiator. What Enterprise does gate is a longer list than before: warm and live transfers, guardrails, SMS and web chat, iMessage and appointment scheduling all sit on Enterprise only, as do the BAA, SSO and data residency. The compliance posture is genuinely strong: SOC 2 Type II (independently audited), HIPAA and GDPR (self-attested, with a BAA and a DPA), and PCI DSS v4.0 (independent QSA), and Bland says it was built around those standards rather than bolted onto them afterwards. One discrepancy worth naming: the rebuilt pricing FAQ says “SOC 2 Type I and Type II”, while Bland’s own trust page (re-checked 2026-07-23) still lists Type II only, so Type II is the claim we carry.
The trade-off is the flip side of the bundle. You do not pick the AI model or the voice the way you would on Vapi or Retell, so you are trusting Bland’s choices to be the right ones. For a lot of phone jobs that is a fair trade.
Two dated developments round out the picture. Bland closed a $50M Series C on 16 June 2026, led by Dell Technologies Capital, taking total funding past $100M. And in March it launched Norm, an assistant that builds a production-ready voice agent from a prompt, which should soften the setup-needs-engineers caveat over time, though we have not tested it.
We have not placed our own test calls to Bland yet, so the latency shown is a preview placeholder, not a real measurement. The pricing detail is from Bland’s pricing page, captured 2026-07-23, and the compliance detail is from Bland’s own trust page, re-checked the same day.
