Platforms we want to add
This directory is built one platform at a time, by hand, with sourced numbers and (soon) our own test calls. That means there are gaps, and we would rather be honest about them than pretend the list is complete. Here is where we are looking, and how to point us at something we have missed.
Platforms we have not profiled yet
We cover ten platforms in depth today and the catalogue keeps growing. Names on our shortlist to add include the bigger conversational-AI and enterprise contact-centre platforms, the open-source agent frameworks teams self-host, and the newer real-time voice APIs. If you run on one we have missed, tell us; a real user pointing us at a platform is worth more than any vendor's pitch.
Underserved verticals
Some industries are badly served by generic 'best voice agent' lists because their needs are specific: clinics that need HIPAA and careful consent handling, legal and financial firms with strict data rules, restaurants and home-services businesses that mostly need a reliable receptionist, and recruitment teams running high-volume outbound. If you are buying for one of these and cannot find an honest, dated comparison, that is exactly the gap we want to fill.
Pricing and claims that need checking
Part of what we do is check the numbers vendors quote. If a platform is making a latency, cost or compliance claim you think is too good to be true, send it over. We would rather test a suspicious claim than repeat it.

Know a platform we should cover, or a niche we are missing? Email hello@voxrater.com with the name and a line on what it does well. We read every one. We do not take payment to add a platform or to rank it; suggestions are weighed on whether they would genuinely help a buyer, not on who sent them.
If you are a vendor: you are welcome to suggest your own platform, but a suggestion is not a listing and never buys a ranking. How we stay independent is on the methodology and editorial policy pages.
